P-day & 4th of July Picnic

President and Sister Casos invited us for a late 4th of July picnic on Monday July 6th.  I was asked to bring a fruit salad so Bill and I went to the market to pick out some good fruit.

We had Peruvian HotDogs, Potato Salad, Fruit and Lettuce Salad.  We are learning to find things here in Peru that are comparable to the US.

Bill with James Fenn.  He was the project manager for the temple.  He and his wife Whitney
have lived here for 4 years.  She is visiting family in Montana right now.  They leave for Salt Lake City
in a month where they will live for a year and possibly move to Arequipa, Peru to manage the building
of that temple.  They are a really nice couple and are also temple workers.

He is the 2nd counselor in the Temple Presidency.
They are from Cusco, Peru and live across the hall from us.
